About us
Sussa is a collaboration between nine regions aimed at jointly developing and managing the future's healthcare information support. Through collaboration, conditions are created for a more efficient, safe, and cohesive care. The focus is on digitalization, common working methods, and long-term development of the healthcare information system Cosmic. The collaboration includes both operations, further development, and change management and is one of the largest digital collaboration projects in Swedish healthcare.
Sussa collaboration is now looking for a controller for the Collaboration and Management Support unit. The assignment involves tactical controller work for the collaboration organization. The role can also be combined with team leader responsibilities for the unit.
Your tasks
The Collaboration and Management Support is a virtual overarching staff unit within Sussa collaboration. The unit consists of eight employees who together form a multidisciplinary team that provides expert support to the collaboration organization, system management objects, and involved programs and projects. The focus is on providing models and tools for effective management and governance and producing decision-making materials for steering groups. You will have many points of contact and work closely with both steering groups and project managers within the collaboration organization.
In the role of controller, you are responsible for:
- Analyzing and developing the financial governance for Sussa collaboration, including budget, forecast, and outcome work.
- Coordinating financial networks and contributing with cost calculations for potential business cases.
- Reporting status and results to responsible leaders and steering groups within Sussa collaboration.
The role can be combined with team leader responsibilities for Collaboration and Management Support, which means:
- Leading and developing the unit based on the needs of the collaboration organization.
- Ensuring the right competence and clear assignments within the unit.
- Establishing and following up the budget for the unit.
Your qualifications
Requirements
- University education in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge/experience deemed appropriate.
- Good knowledge and experience of budget work, forecasting, and financial follow-up.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish (equivalent to level C1).
Meritorious
- Experience in financial follow-up of portfolio management.
- Experience in leadership or managerial roles.

Employment form
Fixed-term employment for 11 months with the possibility of extension. Start date according to agreement.
